This can depend on a few different factors such as our current availability, but below is a brief guideline to help you get an idea!
Studio Photography - within 14 days of receiving your products.
Lifestyle/Model photography - this generally needs a much larger turnaround, and depends on a few factors such as model and location availability. We recommend contacting us at least a month before you need the images.

What is your turnaround time for photography?

We take an initial 50% deposit to secure your shoot date, which we require before we start any planning for your shoot. The final 50% is required to be paid before we deliver the final images for your use!

What are your payment terms?

Unfortunately due to the nature of this work we cannot issue refunds once a project is complete, however we will consider a reshoot in certain circumstances. 
We work closely with you and create a thorough plan prior to the shoot to ensure that you are happy with the final outcome and it lives up to your expectations.

What if I don't like the pictures? Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course we can! If you would like your products returned to you once the shoot is completed, we just ask that you include a postage paid slip with your initial parcel.
Otherwise, we store products for six months before we have to dispose of them as we only have limited storage! If you are a retainer client, we will store your products for you so you won't have to resend them for each shoot.
